About Institute

The Rajasthan Institute of Co-operative Education and Management (RICEM) is a leading training institute established by the Government of Rajasthan and cooperative institutions. It aims to develop human resources, particularly in the cooperative sector, by equipping them with modern management techniques and professional skills. Founded in 1990, RICEM is registered as a Society under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958.

Objective

To establish itself as a premier training institute in the cooperative sector, where officers and employees of the Cooperative Department, cooperative institutions, and other interested organizations can undergo holistic development as government servants. The institute aims to enhance understanding of new dimensions in service, technology, and the latest perspectives on rules, regulations, and laws. Additionally, during training, it provides information on government policies and schemes while equipping trainees with the skills to implement them effectively and sensitively.
