RICEM, Jaipur, is strategically located in the prime institutional area of Jhalana, Jaipur, approximately 6 km from Jaipur Junction and Sindhi Camp Bus Stand.

RICEM regularly provides training to officers and employees of the department, office bearers and staff of cooperative societies, as well as personnel from other departments and institutions upon request. The institute has an empanelled faculty of over 100 experienced professionals from various fields.

For residential training programs, RICEM also organizes extracurricular activities such as exercise, yoga, and other co-curricular sessions. The institute offers well-equipped conference halls, computer labs, and training rooms to facilitate effective learning.

RICEM provides training rooms, conference halls, and hostel facilities to other departments and institutions at reasonable rental charges. The hostel offers fully air-conditioned double-sharing rooms, and the mess serves pure vegetarian meals. The entire hostel premises are secured with CCTV surveillance.

Additionally, to encourage recreational activities, the RICEM hostel features a badminton court and facilities for indoor games such as Carrom and Chess.
