With the diversification of its operations, RICEM amended its provisions in 2020-21 to extend its services beyond training and recruitment. It began providing human resources on a contractual basis to the Cooperative Department, cooperative institutions, and other organizations. The primary objective of this initiative is to help cooperative institutions avoid reliance on private firms for contractual employees and to ensure compliance with PF and ESI regulations, preventing irregularities.

For this purpose we are registered with Registrar Institutions, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Provident Fund, Goods & Service Tax Department, Labour Department and Income tax Department.
